Sharandys Birds of Prey are proud to be supporters and fundraisers for the Hawk and Owl Trust, they do incredible work in Bird of Prey conservation. Providing nestboxes and other artificial nest sites for birds of prey to breed is a vital part of the Hawk and Owl Trust's conservation work. They are also commited to the research of Birds of Prey which is essential to scientific conservation, and it is therefore a vital plank of the Hawk and Owl Trust's work.

The Hawk and Owl Trust is a national UK charity founded 40 years ago in 1969. It is dedicated to conserving owls and other birds of prey in the wild – and increasing knowledge and understanding of them. They create and manage nesting, roosting and feeding habitats; carry out practical research; and welcome visitors to their wildlife reserves, education centres and outreach projects. By working with partners to conserve the places owls and other wild birds of prey nest and feed, they also support many associated species - from field voles to skylarks, dragonflies to grass snakes - in a whole variety of habitats.
