Volunteering

Here at Sharandys Birds of Prey we welcome people that don’t want to necessarily own their own bird but would love to have the opportunity to work alongside these magnificent creatures. In return for volunteering with us you will have the opportunity to take the Lantra Award and ongoing training will be given. You will also be able, once full training has been received to fly our Birds of Prey, an opportunity otherwise not available. All volunteers are able to attend Public Displays, Visits, Events and Talks, but will also be required to assist with Bird maintenance and Cleaning!
